Teacher Autonomy as a Predictor of Job Satisfaction

This study aims to examine the association between teacher autonomy and job satisfaction. To this end, employed a relational survey model. The sample of included 368 teachers working in different schools Batman city (Turkey) spring term 2020-2021 academic year. Teachers representing population research were selected through random sampling method. Research data amassed with “Teacher Autonomy Scale” Job Satisfaction Scale”. mean scores calculated Pearson correlation simple regression analyses conducted.
